Stepping Beyond The Rule Of Law
In Gaza City, the announced plan over the next 48 hours is for genocide against its one million inhabitants. Reuters reported on September 17, 2025: “The Israeli military said on Wednesday (September 17) that it was opening an additional route for 48 hours that Palestinians could use to leave Gaza City… In leaflets dropped over Gaza City, the military said that Palestinians could use the newly reopened Salah al-Din Road to escape toward the south and that they had until lunchtime on Friday (September 19) to do so.“
Some are attempting to flee Gaza. However, the vast majority will not be able to do so. They will predictably perish before the advancing land and aerial assault by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), which is designed to raze Gaza to the ground. High-rise apartments are already being blown up and demolished, in a macabre reminder of 9/11 in New York City.
Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche has warned: “If the whole world and its institutions, including the UN, are unable to stop this public horror, then we have stepped into a new era, and it is not a pretty one.” She told her weekly webcast audience: “We are in mortal danger of a civilisational collapse. It is not inevitable, but action must be taken to stop it.“
International law is being rapidly deconstructed, leaving nothing but the law of the jungle. In addition to the two million Gazans who are the direct victims of ongoing genocide, Mankind itself is being subjected to mass brainwashing: “See? You can’t stop this. You are nothing but beasts, so you may as well learn to live (and die) by the law of the jungle,” stressed Zepp-LaRouche.
The same project, in different garb, is underway against Constitutional Law in the US and other nations. The public execution of political figure Charlie Kirk before a horrified audience of 3,000, largely youth, has opened up the Pandora’s box of calls for violent retribution on both sides of the political spectrum, as well as demands that so-called “hate speech“, i.e., freedom of expression, be prosecuted as a crime.
Both developments, the Gaza genocide and Kirk’s murder, are part of a broader international Strategy of Tension being waged by the London-based financial elite, an oligarchical force which is prepared to do anything – anything – to stop the world from adopting an alternative to their bankrupt system. They are guided by decades of evil research by the likes of William Sargent, Kurt Lewin and Eric Trist at London’s Tavistock Institute into the ways in which terror and chaos can be intentionally used to make people more suggestible and malleable to policies they otherwise would reject out of hand.
Some have adequately described the “What” of this Strategy of Tension, stating: “It is a political policy that encourages violent struggle to create a climate of fear and insecurity, leading the public to seek security in a strong national-security state. It involves deployment of state or non-state actors to promote violence and chaos to manipulate public perception and political outcomes.“
Others have reported on the “How” or the mechanics of such operations. For example, Russian FSB expert Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Andrey Popov told Sputnik that Kirk’s assassin “wasn’t necessarily a pro, and may have been an ordinary American with firearms experience groomed and manipulated into becoming a willing killer, either by partisan media or even security services… US security agencies are known to run an entire cohort of informal ‘agents’, identified ahead of time, led on, controlled and given the chance to carry out their crime, after which they are liquidated or allowed to disappear.“
Lyndon LaRouche and Helga Zepp-LaRouche have provided an answer to the question that few even bother to ask about the Strategy of Tension: “Why?” What is the intention of the policy? Only asking and answering that question provides hope of a solution to the descent into the abyss.
LaRouche wrote in March 2004 about a pair of terror incidents that had just occurred: “Both acts were part of a global ‘strategy of tension’ eruption, aimed at creating conditions of worldwide chaos and ungovernability. Taken from the top down, these incidents represent a systematic campaign by Synarchist banking circles to blow up the world, rather than allow sovereign nation-states to reorganize the doomed post-Bretton Woods floating exchange-rate system.“
Likewise, Helga Zepp-LaRouche told her webcast audience on September 17, 2025: “The strategy of tension is a method by which oligarchical governments use terrorism, assassinations, destabilisations, large-scale instigated demonstrations, and all kinds of such measures to divert attention from what is the real issue… (which is what the Global Majority is) moving very clearly in the direction of building a new system… against the quick profit approach of Wall Street, the City of London, the Silicon Valley and similar financial places.“
How, then, do we defeat the Strategy of Tension? First of all, by changing the subject back to the central issue facing Mankind: replacing the evil, bankrupt Wall Street and City of London system with one worthy of Man’s dignity. And then make sure that we rally the nations of the West to join with the New Paradigm that is already taking shape among the nations of the Global Majority.
Mobilising around the upcoming UN General Assembly, and on the streets of the nations of the world, to force an end to the genocide in Gaza, is an all-important step along that path to victory.
