Believe it or not! The American forces are assisting the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in Syria.
The ‘Inside Syria Media Centre’ has found new evidence regarding the US-led international coalition’s interest in pursuing political interests in Syria, instead of fighting the terror outfit. The Centre has claimed that there are a lot of facts proving the assistance of the American special services to high-ranking ISIS field commanders.
Against the backdrop of the successful steps of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) towards Deir Ezzor and the defeat of ISIS, Washington has started to evacuate its agents for further use in other areas. On August 26, the US Air Force helicopters evacuated two European ISIS commanders, along with their families, from the settlement of al-Treif, which is located to the north-west of Deir Ezzor. Moreover, the international coalition aviation relocated more than 20 ISIS commanders from Albu Leil village to a military airbase in northern Syria on August 28.

It’s not the first time when the American intelligence agencies ‘rescue’ ISIS field commanders in Syria. In May, the US helicopters picked up dozens of ISIS leaders and foreign mercenaries from the settlement of al-Kasrah. The similar operations were also carried out near Raqqa in June-July.
It is to be noted that Iran had accused the US of helping the ISIS terrorists in Syria in the past. A high-ranking Iranian military official claimed that America was directly backing the terror outfit, saying that he had concrete evidences to back his allegations.
Deputy Chief of Staff of Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mostafa Izadi had strongly criticised Washington for backing the ultra-conservative Sunni Muslim group, insisting that the US’ move made it difficult for the international coalition against the ISIS to win the battle in the war-ravaged West Asian country.

Izadi stressed: “We are facing a proxy warfare in the region as a new trick by the arrogant powers against the Islamic Republic. We possess documents and information, showing the direct support by the US imperialism for this highly disgusting stream (ISIS) in the region that has destroyed the Islamic countries and created a wave of massacres and clashes.”
In April, Russia (too) made the same allegation against the US. Senior member of Russian Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee Vitaly Milonov claimed that American President Donald Trump was fighting in favour of the ISIS after authorising an attack of 59 tomahawk missiles on April 6. The ‘furious’ MP blasted ‘stupid’ America for bombing a Syrian military base, saying: “Russian aircraft are helping the legitimate government of Syria to fight terrorists. If American soldiers would like to help fight the terrorists, they’re warmly welcomed.”

At the same time, Milonov said: “Now, I can see the American Army, with all their stupid generals, trying to restore the struggle between Russia and the US. They’re trying to help the ISIS because they did this in favour of the ISIS and any bomb being blown in Europe or in Russia is a result of this big American assistance to world terrorism.”
